A huge trend icon that has a massive influence on fashion and styles is Alexa Chung. She posted on her Instagram today, to point out the fact people suggest she should eat doughnuts because she is too skinny. Not only is she promoting the brand Krispy Kreme, she's also setting a trend for young girls to eat doughnuts and not worry about their weight.
Along side this I have also noted that Krispy Kreme have recently introduced a Reeses Peanut Butter doughnut, that is selling very quickly! Reeses is a typical american chocolate brand that has also been brought to the UK and has become massively popular. Foods are often becoming trends as so many people post about what their eating to social media websites.
